From our friends Kimihiko Yano / Team CRC Japan, this is the re-manufacture of a classical tire truer design that uses a bit to cut the tire from its sidewall instead of grinding it down like traditional products.

  • Parts fixed to the base are concavely molded to be accurately mounted in the appropriate position

  • DC motor with low operating noise (DC12V recommended)
  • Motor shaft diameter is 8mm for high versatility
  • Simple switch (forward rotation only) with emphasis on maintainability
  • Newly designed tungsten bit for punching out sponge tires
  • Bit shape designed with 1 degree angle for beautiful punching out
  • Newly designed hub included (shorter screw) that allows YM wheels to be mounted on either side
  • Optional tungsten drum-shaped file unit can be installed
